The Depot Manager role at Sarens combines operational management, team leadership, and financial oversight.

This position requires a candidate who has technical expertise in heavy equipment and crane operations, coupled with a solid understanding of financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Oversee the daily operations of the depot

∙ Supervise and lead a team of a depot.

∙ Develop and manage the depot’s strategy, budget, ensuring that all operational expenses are controlled and within allocated limits.

∙ Regular management finance reports for the Regional director and HQ management.

∙ Ability to analyze financial data, interpret KPIs, and take corrective actions to improve financial performance.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

∙ A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

∙ At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

∙ Experience with crane operations or heavy transport equipment is highly desirable.

∙ Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

∙ Proactive approach to managing risks and improving operational processes.

Language Requirements:

∙ Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

∙ Knowledge of Russian/Kazakh languages.
