About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our project team in Tengiz. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and Tengiz field requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret civil and structural engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities for foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with Tengizchevroil (TCO) standards, Kazakhstan regulations, and international codes.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and as-built records.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of work packages.
• Enforce safety standards and promote safe work practices at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects.
• Prior experience working in Tengiz is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering codes and standards (ACI, Eurocode, SNiP, etc.).
• Familiarity with TCO site procedures, safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
