We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman for steel storage tank installation works in Karabatan.
Project Scope:
Installation and construction of steel storage tanks, including assembly, alignment, welding coordination, and supervision of site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to steel storage tank construction
Manage and direct construction crews and subcontractors
Ensure works are executed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor progress and report to Site Management
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies
Coordinate with QC and HSE teams during inspections and audits
Control manpower, tools, and materials on site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in steel storage tank construction projects (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of tank erection procedures (API standards knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience in supervising multicultural work teams
Good organizational and leadership skills
Understanding of HSE requirements in industrial construction projects
