Job Purpose:
Develop, manage and control IT Mobility and Collaboration team. Oversee the development, implementation, and support of advanced mobility solutions and collaboration tools. This role ensures that the company’s mobile devices and applications are secure, efficient, and user-friendly, while also driving the adoption of cutting-edge audio and video technologies for seamless communication and collaboration
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher professional (technical or engineering-economical) education
- At least 6- 8 years of experience in IT service, working in complex IT environment on engineer, senior engineer or supervisory/team lead roles
- Proven experience in organizational change management
Required Competences:
Technical:
- ITIL-processes knowledge: Able to articulate the vision for the IT processes used in work: Change Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Demand Management, Supplier Management and Project Management
- EUC equipment: Has knowledge of equipment, installation and maintenance processes;
- Network: Able to explain network topology, identify and provide initial diagnosis of connection issues by using troubleshooting utilities;
- Microsoft products and technologies: Has knowledge of software products e.g. Operating system, Office suites, Server family, tools: MS Active Directory and Exchange tasks management;
- Mobility Solutions: Expertise in developing and managing mobile solutions, including mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and ensuring the security and functionality of mobile devices and applications.
- Collaboration Technologies: Proficient in implementing and supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other unified communication platforms. Knowledgeable about integrating these tools with existing systems to enhance productivity and communication.
