Responsibilities:
  • Developing Client sales strategy.
  • Strengthening SE presence in Client Company
  • Synchronizing decline of service contract revenue with new initiatives connected to Client
    • Initiative #1 - Green Field
    • Initiative #2 - Digital solutions
    • Initiative #3 – Cyber Security
    • Initiative #4 - Process instrumentation
  • Creating sales pipeline for focused solutions primarily based on SE and approved by Client third-party vendors’ products and applications.
  • Lead the opportunities related to Client excluding Install Base opps.
  • Participating in design of applications and service to fit with client’s expectations and specifications.
  • Synchronizing Client Account Plan for PA perspective with SE KZ Client account manager:
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with customer contacts,
  • Make regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts.
  • Visit operation sites to follow up on jobs that were sold,
  • Promote company proven products for Clients with Reference visits to the sites with success stories.
  • Identify subcontractors for peripherical products required for entire solution.
  • Initiate certification of SE solutions.
  • Monitor validity of metrology certificates.
  • Participate in the development of the marketing plans.
  • Assist management in setting sales goals and plans for assigned opportunities.
  • Manage tendering team and proposals for assigned accounts with pricing and guidelines to optimize segment opportunities returns.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management Tool for accounts, including customer profiling, organization chart, visit reports and customer responsibilities.
  • Forecast UNOC activity and revenue to optimize operational planning and service delivery.
  • Attend training courses to develop knowledge of company’s key technologies, as well as competitor practices.
  • Comply with all government, industry and company regulations and standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, as well as reduce environmental impact.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Technical University bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automation, Petrochemical or equivalent
  • 5+ years of Electrical/Automation/Applied process application related experience
  • Good sales skills with customers and inside personnel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Has initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, communications and organizational skills
