Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract/subcontract administration (preferably in the oil and petrochemical industry)

• Higher education in Engineering, Business, Management, or Law

• Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions

• Fluent English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and analyze subcontract agreements

• Monitor subcontractor performance in terms of scope, schedule, quality, and safety

• Administer processes related to payments, variations, and claims

• Maintain documentation and support dispute resolution processes

• Prepare meeting minutes and draft official business correspondence in English
