• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 10 years technical and 5 years managerial experience

• Strong experience in pipelines, gas compressor stations, power generation

• Solid knowledge of EPC contract execution and technical terms & conditions

• Experience with P&IDs, 3D model reviews, EIA, bid evaluations

• HAZOP Leadership Certificate

• Proficiency in CAD, process simulation software, MS Office

• Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh is an advantage)

• Support development and execution of EPC / PMC contracts, including ITB technical scope (Lump Sum)

• Perform process engineering activities: H&MB, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and valve sizing, blowdown calculations

• Participate in HAZOP / HAZID / LOPA, Bowtie and HFE studies

• Review vendor technical bids and performance guarantees for critical packages (compressors, gas treatment, utilities, power systems)

• Perform pipeline and piping hydraulic and thermal calculations (steady & transient)

• Review QRA / FERA / EERA studies and updаtеlayouts accordingly

• Contribute to mentoring, coaching, and supervision of assigned personnel
