Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Location: Atyrau or Astana
Schedule: Hybrid
Job description:
- Accruals reporting creation - Caspian region.
- Creation of Logistics databases for Caspian import/export related activity
- Registration of vendor invoices through Company systems and track them until paid for the whole Caspian region.
- Audit of electronic archive for Caspian Operations
- Creation of Logistics reporting based on the direction from the management.
- Analytics of logistics related cost -financial reporting
- Follow up with the Vendors on the provision of required reporting.
- Following Logistics KPIs
Requirements:
- Work experience 1-3 years in logistics
- potential opportunity fore the frsh graduates (logistics, customs, finance background)
- Fluent Russian language, Intermediate English language knowledge required to keep business communication on the right level
- IT literacy (Power BI, Pyton preferable)
- EXCEL good knowledge (pivot tables etc)
- SAP, Ariba, Oracle preferable.
- Financial background is desirable, not must.
- Location – Atyrau or Astana
