Обязанности:

• Assist to review project specifications and technical specifications, mechanical design instructions, mechanical calculations and supplier information.
• Communicates and interface with other project design and engineering disciplines.
• Preparing the Project Technical specifications, Data Sheets for static (vessels, heat exchangers, tanks) and rotating (pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers etc) equipment.
• Prepare material requisitions, and technical bid evaluations (TBE).
• Follow up with Equipment Suppliers to ensure equipment meets project requirements & relevant codes: ASME Section VIII, API (610/650/616/617/661), TEMA, GOST etc.
• Review vendor drawings, datasheets, calculations and procedures etc
• Prepare Mechanical general arrangements, Work/Job Packs, Mechanical Handling Report/Studies,Technical Reports.
• Update project master documents.
• Report Document and Activity progress.
• On assignment to the field, supports construction in drawing and specification interpretations and design modifications. Also assists in carrying out site surveys, measurements, SAT/FAT, acts of acceptance, and other site engineering activities.
• Assist Lead Engineers and gain needed experience.

Требования:

• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of general technical terms and conditions.
• Solid knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, GOST standards related to Static & Rotating equipment design and fabrication.
• Awareness of compliance and audit processes.
• Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s changing requirements.
• Basic knowledge of computer-based systems including, CAD, Database Management systems, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
• Familiarity with static equipment calculation is an advantage.
• Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work under Senior engineer supervision.
• Systematic thinker and shall have good time management to complete the assigned tasks.
• Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
• Team player within and across functions.
• Sensitive to Client’s requirements and Client-focused under Senior Engineer Supervision.

• Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or related field of engineering is a minimum requirement. Master degree preferred
  Language skills: English and Russian are mandatory. Kazakh is advantageous.
  Professional experience: a minimum of 3 years.
