а Party Chief shall have a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Science or equivalent plus at least five (6) years proven experience in the area of operations. The Party Chief shall be competent to advise on and assure the work of the Geophysicist/Senior Data Processor. The Party Chief and the Geophysicist shall both be competent in English language to a level which enables informed discussion. For all proposed staff COMPANY will arrange a formal test to assess capability.
