• Execute all the activities based on last revision of Applicable Corporate and / or Project Procurement Procedures.
• Proposing Suppliers and providing all information related to them.
• Pre-qualification of Suppliers.
• Managing the bidding process, Preparation of Tender documentation.
• Negotiation with Suppliers with assistance from other departments for technical and other specific issues, preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid Tabulation.
• Preparation of the Purchase Order based on Project PO Draft and placement of Purchase Order.

• Deep understanding of gas processing plant equipment, including:
  • Compressors, heat exchangers, соlumns, separators, pumps, valves.
  • Piping materials, instrumentation, and electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications & drawings.
  • Familiarity with piling, civil works, and heavy structural steel procurement (for early construction phases).
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) and vendor qualification processes.
  • Hands-on experience with supplier prequalification, including conducting capability assessments, factory audits, and site visits.
  • Knowledge of global and local suppliers for gas processing plant equipment and materials.
  • Ability to assess vendor manufacturing capacity, quality systems, and HSSE compliance.
