• Candidate must be with strong knowledge of international standards and technical specifications

• Critical aptitude and ability to analyse processes quickly, methodically and effectively;

• Good analytical skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Availability to travel to Contractors locations from RoK (i.e., to Aktau etc.) and work for specific periods of time (from a day to 1 month) outside office;

• Capability to follow the tasks established by direct supervisor and line manager;

• Capability to issue accurate and professional reports;

• Good English and fluent Russian languages, written, reading and verbal

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A University Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering;

• 5 years, minimum, of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities;

• 5 years, minimum, of technical experience in oil and gas industry;

• Basic to medium metallurgy knowledge;

• Basic to medium metallurgy knowledge;

• Basic to medium knowledge of Non Destructive Evaluation techniques (Level I inspector knowledge) applicable to Drilling & Completion Equipment inspection;

• Medium knowledge of relevant and applicable NCOC N.V. technical specifications and International Standards, such as ISO 9000 Series, ANSI/API Recommended Practices, Specifications and standards, ASTM standards, DNV standards etc.;

• Medium knowledge of the RoK legal requirements covering calibration and RoK compliance documentation;

• Medium to good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point programs and good knowledge in using SAP system.

• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API Q2 standards requirements
