Обязанности: - Preparation of daily reports and support to the direct manager
- Communication with employees, guests, and clients while maintaining business etiquette
- Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Working with Excel, numbers, and basic analytics
- Printing, scanning, and performing general office administrative tasks
- Assisting with logistics – coordination of employee pick-up and drop-off
Требования: - Work schedule: 6x1 (08:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00)
- Start date: As soon as possible (the candidate should be currently available)
- Experience in an administrative or similar position – mandatory
- Confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Intermediate level or higher)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proactive, energetic, and responsible personality
