THE POSITION: RECRUITING ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
Job Description:
The Account Specialist will manage existing and new client relationships and be responsible for executing the end-to-end client recruiting process. The Account Specilaist will develop, retain and grow client relationships to ensure a high level of quality service and satisfaction. With this responsibility, the Account Specialist will also be involved and with the rest of the recruiting team and provide consistent collaboration in order to achieve recruiting success.

Responsibilities:
- Client Management
- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing Brunel externally with clients and internally through recruiting team oversight.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their hiring needs and strategy.
- Manage client input to effectively launch candidate searches with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming search opportunities.
- Prepare candidate presentation, gather client feedback, schedule interviews, perform post-interview follow-ups as well as manage and close offers.
- Represent internal recruiting team to present qualified candidates and guide them through the process.
- As necessary, visit clients, attend tradeshows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship building opportunities.
- Update client information, project information, leads, and recruitment positions and status on Client Management and Candidate tracking systems (Mercury and Sales Hub)
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate and work with the team to support all search efforts.
- Provide recruiting team with ample client direction and support to identify a pipeline of talent for client assigned roles.
- Execute job kick-offs including full client download, research and direction of sourcing strategy.
- Agree with the team on sourcing priorities through consistent communication of job status, client feedback and upcoming client needs.
- Conduct candidate review before client submittal, as needed.
- Provide information to Recruiter and/or Candidate as it relates to interview preparation, client feedback, reference checks and offers.
- Advise on job description posting priorities.
- Account Retention and Growth
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities.
- In conjunction with the Business and Development and Sales team, ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
- As needed, support on proposals for new business opportunities with existing or new client prospects.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- English Speaking , Understanding and Writing skills should be advanced.
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales and Account Services Support.
- Experience in working on proposals is a plus.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, every evolving work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to personal and team targets, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Complete additional tasks, projects as needed for the betterment of Brunel.
Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity.
