Main Responsibilities:
- Retail education through offline/online visits
- On the ground VM trainings and workshops
- Campaign and Promo launch, photo reports check, report to EMC team (compliance report).
- Preparation of seasonal and campaign playbooks for all channels, incl brand focuses and product range are created especially for store teams
- Briefing store managers and managing with OMNI updates
- Scheduled store visits, as per the visit matrix and check lists
- Reports, sales from MNQs, FO A5 report. Highhilght results at weekly meetings
- New openings VM support, P&P, VM fixture ordering, capacity calculator
- EMC - Best practice reporting, meetings and workshops
- Supporting Wholesale and Franchise partners' mono-brand stores support on calendar alignment, VM and L&F
Experience & Qualifications:
- High Education
- Relevant experience in other companies (from 2 years)
- Upper - Intermediate level of English is a minimum
