Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Measurement Solutions products in the assigned territory in line with business targets.

  • Maintain knowledge of customers and current/prospective automation projects involving measurement technologies.

  • Collaborate with customers’ engineering teams and third-party design firms.

  • Provide technical consulting across the full product line.

  • Recommend optimal solutions and instruments based on customer requirements.

  • Provide technical documentation and marketing materials when needed.

  • Negotiate contract terms including payment, delivery, and pricing.

  • Process customer inquiries and coordinate commercial proposals and documentation.

  • Prepare contracts, specifications, and other necessary documentation per company procedures.

  • Travel within assigned regions as required.

  • Participate in regional exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key regional clients.

  • Analyze competitor activity and report insights.

  • Support sales campaigns and customer-oriented initiatives.

  • Develop relationships with business partners (e.g., integrators, OEMs, EPCs) to drive sales.

  • Track major regional projects and support pursuit efforts.

  • Assist in forecasting and reporting as requested.

  • Identify product requirements and report customer feedback promptly.

Requirements:
  • University degree in electronics, automation, or control systems.

  • 3–5 years of experience in automation sales and service.

  • Strong business ethics and integrity.

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).

  • Experience in high-level negotiations.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

  • Team player with a proactive and energetic work style.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel 45–60% of the time.
