• Responsible for revenue generation by selling products and/or services either internally or externally, direct or indirect

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services

• Territory Account Representatives are directly responsible for growing sales of products and services (including selling aftermarket warranties) in their assigned territory

• Manage existing customers and partners (direct and/or indirect) in their assigned geographic territory. Acquire new customers as needed to exceed sales expectations

• Build relationships with key influencers at growth-oriented accounts

• Promote the company's products & brands effectively by utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, distributor and end-user product trainings

• Qualified degree level or equivalent by experience in an Engineering discipline
• Work experience 7+ years
• Experience in an external sales environment and selling turnkey solutions in the industrial sector
• Strong market knowledge and relationships with end users/contractors associated with the oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceutical, and power in Kazakhstan/Caspian Region
• Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills and be a team player within an international company
• English, Russian and Kazakh speaking
• Driving license category B

Preferable:

• Basic knowledge of electrical heat tracing or low-voltage electrical power distribution
• Detailed knowledge of one or more of the following fields Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical processing, Power Generation, and Utilities industries
• Experience in using Microsoft Office word processing, spreadsheet packages, preparing presentations and CRM system
