Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment (RCM), Succession & Development, and Compensation, ensuring system performance and addressing user issues.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and implement new business requirements, ensuring SAP SuccessFactors configurations meet evolving HR processes and operational needs.
  • Support the bi-yearly release implementation for SAP SuccessFactors, including testing, configuring new features, and managing system updates, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession & Development, and Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ECC6 and SAP HCM, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow between systems, particularly for employee records, payroll, and HR-related data.
  • Manage the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), enabling enhanced reporting and data analytics for HR, compensation, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules, enhancing the recruitment process and providing a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Work with IT and HR teams to prepare for full identity management integration, automating the provisioning of user access in SAP SuccessFactors based on job assignments and organizational structure changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, including data discrepancies, integration errors, and user access issues, ensuring minimal downtime and user disruption.
  • Provide training and documentation for HR teams, end-users, and IT staff on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities, best practices, and new features, ensuring smooth adoption and effective system usage.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with key SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment (RCM), Succession & Development, and Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, including performance management, employee development, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation, to ensure SAP SuccessFactors configurations meet business requirements.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ECC6, SAP HCM, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring seamless data flow between HR systems, payroll, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage and support bi-yearly release implementations, including testing new functionalities, configuring system updates, and troubleshooting issues during the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors features.
  • Experience working with identity management systems to automate access provisioning in SAP SuccessFactors based on job assignments, integrating with internal security protocols and systems to streamline user access.
  • Proficient in managing HR-related data, ensuring consistency and integrity across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data-driven insights, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, system errors, and user access within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT teams, and external consultants, gathering business requirements and providing technical solutions to meet evolving HR needs and strategic goals.
  • Skilled in creating user documentation, providing training, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for HR teams and end-users on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and new features.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, effectively managing changes and new requirements for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting key SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment (RCM), Succession & Development, and Compensation.
  • Strong background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ECC6, SAP HCM, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring smooth data exchange and consistency across platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting bi-yearly SAP SuccessFactors releases, including testing, configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Experience in integrating identity management solutions to automate user provisioning and access in SAP SuccessFactors, based on job assignments, ensuring seamless access control and security compliance.
  • Experience in streamlining HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and compensation management, aligned with business goals.
  • Proven ability to gather HR business requirements, design appropriate SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and implement them while aligning with organizational needs and future growth objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external consultants, to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems and address any challenges.
  • Extensive experience in managing and analyzing HR-related data within SAP SuccessFactors and leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that support HR decision-making.
  • Experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, integrations, and system performance, ensuring minimal disruption to HR processes.
  • Skilled in providing training sessions, conducting workshops, and creating user documentation to ensure effective adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules, empowering HR teams and end-users to utilize the system efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in core modules such as PMGM, LMS, RCM, Succession & Development, and Compensation, demonstrating proficiency and knowledge of best practices in the platform.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration with SAP ECC6 and SAP HCM, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization across systems.
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes, including performance management, learning and development, recruitment, and compensation, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Expertise in integrating identity management solutions with SAP SuccessFactors for automated user provisioning and access management based on job assignments, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including release management, to manage bi-yearly SuccessFactors updates, testing, and deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
