Responsibilities:

• Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, Focused Build, and Change Request Management (CHARM), ensuring smooth operation of the SAP landscape.
• Lead the implementation of SAP ALM processes, managing the full application lifecycle from design and development to deployment and operations, with a focus on system integrity and performance.
• Ensure effective system monitoring across the SAP landscape, including batch job management, system availability, and performance optimization, to proactively identify and resolve issues in environments such as SAP ECC6, HCM, BW, BI/BO, and SAP SF.
• Work on the architectural design and migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA integration, ensuring that the existing SAP systems and virtualized environments are ready for the transition to S/4HANA.
• Design and implement the technical integration of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori, ensuring smooth deployment, scalability, and future-proofing for the organization’s cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Configure and manage virtual machine environments and cloud infrastructure (including SAAS solutions), ensuring optimal configuration and performance of SAP systems in hybrid or cloud environments.
• Provide technical expertise in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the overall SAP infrastructure and security architecture.
• Monitor and ensure the high availability and security of SAP systems, implementing solutions for disaster recovery, backup strategies, and access control within the SAP landscape.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams (e.g., HCM, BW, SAP SF) to ensure technical solutions meet business needs, optimize processes, and align with the overall SAP strategy.
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices for SAP cloud solutions, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Fiori, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of technological advancements and benefits from the latest SAP innovations.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, including Focused Run, Focused Build, Change Request Management (CHARM), and System Monitoring to manage and optimize SAP landscapes.
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA migration strategies and architecting technical solutions to transition to S/4HANA, ensuring smooth integration with legacy systems.
• Expertise in implementing SAP ALM for the full lifecycle management of SAP applications, including development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of virtual machine setup, cloud infrastructure, and SAAS solutions, including the management and configuration of SAP systems in hybrid or cloud environments (e.g., SAP Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with SAP BTP to enable integration, development, and extension of SAP solutions, supporting cloud-native architectures and digital transformation efforts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori and its integration with SAP systems, ensuring seamless user experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of batch job management and system monitoring processes to ensure optimal system performance, availability, and troubleshooting in an SAP environment.
• Understanding of SAP GRC for risk management, audit trails, and compliance, including technical aspects of implementation and optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP security best practices, including user access management, role-based access controls, and system security protocols to ensure a secure and compliant SAP environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP environments, including integration with other systems like SAP ECC6, HCM, BW, BI/BO, and SAP SF, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.

Experience:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP Solution Manager, including Focused Run, Focused Build, Change Request Management (CHARM), and System Monitoring across SAP landscapes.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and managing SAP S/4HANA migrations, including system sizing, integration, and configuration to transition from legacy systems such as SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and configure SAP ALM for the management of SAP applications, including project management, testing, deployment, and solution monitoring for the full lifecycle of SAP solutions.
• Experience with virtual machine setup and cloud infrastructure management, including SAAS solutions and integration with SAP environments hosted in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience in architecting solutions using SAP BTP, enabling cloud-based integration, extension, and development, as well as optimizing the usage of SAP cloud applications and services.
• Practical experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Fiori apps to deliver modern user experiences, including designing the architecture for Fiori integration with SAP back-end systems.
• Solid experience in system performance tuning, batch job management, and system monitoring using tools within SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Experience in configuring and optimizing SAP GRC to manage compliance, access control, and risk management within SAP environments, with a focus on maintaining security and audit controls.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex SAP environments, integrating systems like SAP ECC6, HCM, BW, BI/BO, SAP SF, and ensuring seamless operation across SAP landscapes.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions, including the ability to design, implement, and support complex SAP environments, preparing for and executing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Fiori deployments.

Qualifications:

• Certified or extensive experience in SAP Solution Manager including Focused Run, Focused Build, Change Request Management (CHARM), System Monitoring, and Batch Job Management, with a deep understanding of ALM processes.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, including SAAS solutions and experience with virtual machine setup in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), along with integration and management of cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Experience in architecting and executing SAP S/4HANA migrations, and expertise in system sizing, configuration, and integration for smooth transition from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA.
• Proven skills in working with SAP BTP to enable cloud integration, development, and extension, and hands-on experience with SAP Fiori for modern user experience design and implementation.
• In-depth experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) configuration and optimization, focusing on compliance, security, and user access management within SAP environments.
