As Service Engineer, you'll collaborate with railway personnel, providing coordination, consultation, and technical support for the Trip Optimizer project. You will work closely with the railway staff, ensuring efficient locomotive operation and addressing repair-related queries.

What do we want to know about you?

• higher technical education (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) or equivalent vocational technical education
• experience in servicing, operating, and repairing heavy machinery, particularly in the railway sector
• ability to read technical documentation, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide insightful reports are crucial aspects of this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong command of the Kazakh and Russian languages are essential.

What will your typical day look like?

• Your typical day of 5-day work week involves Trip Optimizer installation, doing self load test, uploading software, log files.
• You will participate on the operation and repair of locomotives within the Trip Optimizer project.
• You will read technical documentation, ensure safety compliance, and maintain the work area.
• Reporting on work volumes, analyzing technological processes, and hands-on tasks related to electrical work are integral parts of your routine.
• You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
