JOB DESCRIPTION:

- A professional responsible for ensuring that their teams complete all milestones and tasks on time in accordance with the terms of the contract (scope of work), project control plan within the dedicated and defined project budget.
- Avoids excesses while managing the individual tasks of their respective teams with great attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
- Responsible for the management and tactical control of the Project(s)-Contract(s);
- has full authority in terms of control and administrative documents to be transmitted to the operational management

Has the authority to:
- communicate directly with the customer by and subsequently reporting their actions to the Operations Manager, as well as to the General Management;
- is the holder-custodian of the fixed assets, tools, equipment, and consumables related to the Facility or Utility project management;
- is in charge to the operations department head, General Management for the maintenance in operational condition (MOC) of the teams (dedicated training) under their orders and the GEMT held within their respective project directorate (Facility or Utility);
- has to achieve a Dashboard and KPI in terms of operations (Facility and Utility Work orders, dedicated call-out);
- has to carry out unscheduled and unannounced stock control related to his/her department, including the Warehouse with a value of 10% of the stocks (consumables, equipment, material) either by himself or by designating a person. An unannounced stock check formal report must be sent to the FIN/ACC department at the end of each month.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- requires in-depth knowledge of the specific industry and the organization’s operations in terms;

- express yourself perfectly in Kazakh Russian, and English (write, read and speak);

- have an engineering diploma in mechanical engineering or general engineering;

- have experience of at least 10 years as a project manager in industrial construction or/and facilities & utilities operations & maintenance.

- mastery of project management tools and knowledge in terms of financial administration;

- MS office 365, MS project, Autocad, ERP (Sage, SAP), CMMS; JD E1

- EPC project management skills;

- skills in HSE and QA/QC;

- Both financial and administrative knowledge is recommended;

- An MBA could be an advantage.
