Project Manager

Functions:

Manage the project. Deliver (through a combination of
authoring and managing the authors of the document) a wide range of project
management results, including (but not limited to); project manuals / project
implementation plans, risk registers, project schedules, CTR, variation orders (VO),
and tracking registers, monthly reports on sales of invoices, daily reports on the
work done (DPR), protocols of the work done. I know how to plan, direct and
coordinate engineering tasks in order to ensure their compliance with the goal.
I provide leading efforts in the analysis, development and production of complex
marine systems and major subsystems.
Interpret and apply specifications when designing mechanical and offshore facilities.
Manage, sort, prepare and participate in project reviews with the help of internal
and external customers.
Provide the technical direction of other engineers, compilers, test operators and
technicians for specific tasks. Follow / support the development of new technical
principles, theories, concepts, methods and processes.
Preparation and organization of a project for the overhaul of equipment and
production facilities.
The ability to set goals. Various KPIs for maintenance are used when it comes to
measuring of turnaround. Regulates the budget, schedules, time to return to
full- scale production, etc.
Develop operating procedures and technical instructions for maintenace team.
Ensure the developed documents are based on relevant up-to-date and accurate
information from formal sources.
Maintain effective working relationships and communication with external customers
and suppliers. Preparation, verification and coordination of the release of
documentation to support the production system.
Analyze the requirements for product design and give recommendations.
Extrapolate ideas into product requirements and apply a parallel design philosophy to
production process schedules and budgets.
Travel (<50%), including troubleshooting / fact-finding on equipment
for constant improvement and joint work in the field of product development
and processing. Good leadership, planning, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team Good knowledge of port equipment,
lines and infrastructures. Field experience / English, written and working language.
