Planner

• Development, management and distribution of Level 1,2 and 3 project plans in Primavera P6
• Production of Project Reports, Cost Reports, Progress Reports, S-curves
• Monitoring of critical work based on the project schedule approved by the project management
• Tabulation of overall progress by week (baseline and actual)
• Production of Productivity Performance Reports
• Resource loading in order to produce manpower histograms and Planned ‘S Curve’
• Production of Engineering resource histograms
• Interface with cost control department to forecast final manhour estimate for cost reporting
• Managing weekly and monthly progress and status reporting, two/four weeks look ahead.
Highlighting the critical and delayed issue with recommendations for a corrective action.
• Creating Project Re-Baseline on receipt of approved PCN (Project Change Notice) (man-hour
allocation and planned milestone dates)
• Assisting the project manager to improve performance and efficiency
• Liaising with various disciplines in Engineering, Procurement and Construction to develop WBS and
Activity Codes by Area (Utilities) by Sub‐Areas, by Discipline, by Contractor, Location etc.

• Responsible for maintaining an accurate account of hours worked by all employees for a project
• Completing timesheets, posting into Time Web System
• Ensuring all monthly attendance sheets are correct, checked against weekly bookings before submitting to accounts for payroll calculation
• Prepares cost report on base of signed timesheet for each project for submitting to Client .
• Preparing and submitting booking hrs report on weekly basis to Planner
• Provides Timeweb induction to all new employees
• Checking Value of work done by the system at the end of month before submitting Invoice for the client
• Submitting LTI hrs of each week to HSE advisor
