2023 -- present

Register all the PTW in the PTW Database.
Supervise and mentor the administrative and support assistants in assigning specific duties.
Responsibilities in support of the PTW and Isolation (LoTo) process
Accurate and precise management of registration and record keeping.
Participate to the work permit coordinating meeting.
Reviews/Prepare all permits, associated certificates and documents to ensure compliance to the Permit to Work rules, procedures, and regulations in accordance with TCO SI-105 and other special permits.
Responsible for archiving Permits and Logbooks as required by ROK regulations.
Maintain statistical data on PTW system & identify opportunities to improve efficiency & interfaces of PTW system.
Preform preliminary site visit on work locations as required and visit working sites to follow-up progress of activities and to track any change in the environment not foreseen during the work permit preparation.
Assistance where necessary to ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out prior to permit issue.
Provides onsite support to Field Operations, Construction groups, and contractors for all Permit to Work training, SIMOP and Control of Work-related information. This is also accomplished by conducting onsite risk related walk downs prior to beginning any permitted activity.
Provides technical expertise to develop and upgrade procedures, guidelines and standards and implements Permit to Work, and SIMOP's changes as necessary.
Provides coaching, mentors training and assistance to all users of the Permit to Work system, Control of Work expectations, and Isolation / Lock out tag out related task.
