Work Experience:

Tengizchevroil LLP was formed between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chevron Corporation in 1993 to explore and develop super giant Tengiz oilfield. Today TCO is the largest and safest company in Kazakhstan which produces and markets crude oil, gas and sulfur.

Flaring strategy
* Supported development and maturation of TCO flaring strategy. Collaborates with Process Engineering (PE), Facilities Engineering (FE) and HES on development of flaring strategy.
* Supported Process Engineering and Facilities Engineering activities by providing technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in times of heavy workload.
* Supported to PE on annual flaring forecasts, forecasts for PDV (Maxium Permissible Emissions) development, and other emissions forecasting.
Permit applications
* Supported development and execution of TCO's PDAGP (Program of Development of Associated Gas Processing) and PDV (Maximum Permissible Emissions) permit applications by providing data to NIPI (Research & Design Institute) and contractors, reviewing work products, and participating in external stakeholder engagement sessions for permit.
* Worked with Regulatory Agencies, acted as TCO environmental department representative as needed during permit discussions or discussions on environmental performance.
Interfacing
* Worked on air issues including but not limited to permitting, providing information for management on flaring and stationary sources, providing information to support Tax calculations completed by HES.
* Supported PE and HES collaboration on planning, developing and executing energy efficiency and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) deliverables and projects.

TCO, Facilities Engineering - Process Engineering (Chief Technologist) 01/2010 - 02/2015
* Led Energy team.
* Created, modified and maintained plant and field environmental performance monitoring program, enterprise product balances.
* Provided technical support to HES Department including development of annual environmental permit application.
* Provided technical support to Regulatory Affairs group.
* Supervises the development, review, and approval of technical documentation for newly commissioned and operating facilities, including Process Reglaments.
* Assisted with preparation of Process Engineering staffing and succession plans, staff competency evaluation, training plan development, and recruiting.
* Headed sub-commission on gas processing units and evaluates examinations of employees; acts as member of investigation commission for emergency shut down of units and equipment.
* Worked with Chevron's GHG and Energy Reporting System (CGERS) database.
* Participated in the TCO Energy Audit in compliance with ISO 50001.

TCO, FE-PE (Process Enginering, U-300/KTL) 10/2009 - 01/2010
* Provided support to Operations during start-up, shutdown and commissioning of new facilities to prevent incidents and ensure there are no delays, which can be costly.
* Identified ways to increase production efficiency.
* Performed detailed system analyses and engineering calculations.
* Reviewed upgrade proposals and contract engineering companies for correctness and to ensure they are appropriate to move forward or use.
* Provided full support to Operations during Turnarounds (including internal Inspections of various types of process equipment).

* Daily КТL/SGP/SGI Gas Balance (GB) calculation;
* Checked the GB calculation with the Complex Coordinator GB calculation. Identification of discrepancies and their elimination and SO2 Emission calculation.
* Compiled a Monthly КТL/SGP/SGI/LPG Storage Flaring Report.
* Checked the numbers of the Monthly КТL/LPG Storage Flaring Reports with the Monthly Dispatcher Report and sending the reports out;
* Carried out calculations of the unavoidable gas flaring volumes for PDAGP.
