- Managing continuous upgrade and Development of HR Information Systems (Smart Stream, HRB, SAP HC, Business Object, Orgpublisher, internal web applications) and related applications, interfaces and integration in order to meet business needs and organizational model and management system;

- Continuous communication with the Managers and Directors in organisation in order to follow up their organisational requirements and needs and perform the organizational revisions;
- Coordinating and managing implementation of company improvement projects aimed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of the company organization
- Managing the implementation of organizational changes and proper development of the organizational structure within Manpower Plan, HRIS;
- Team Leadership;
- Functional supervision of the Organizational Services and Data Management teams – determine priorities and action plans, assigning resources as required; act as coach and mentor to Team members, sharing resourcing & reward knowledge and best practice; ensuring professional mentoring and knowledge sharing to junior staff;
-Leading the expanded number of staff by taking primary responsibility for their correct contract deployment, discipline and development;
- Providing related input in developing and fulfillment of Organization Design and Data Management manpower plan;
-Participating in development of HR related policies, processes;
- Setting priorities and ensure quality of outputs for the work area;
-Developing objectives for short-term tasks and contribute to strategic planning for longer-term initiatives;
-Performing research and analysis to make decisions that involve complex or escalated issues, longer-term planning and liaison with other sections on policy, project;
-Developing and supporting complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensuring the accuracy of data input in SS by other SS users.

- Acting as key point for Manpower implementation into HR SmartStream (SS) system, making sure the budget is in line with official one;
- Updating and maintaining position data within the Manpower Plan in the SS after approval;
- Ensuring the position requested is in compliance with budget, function within its organization & follow up in case of non compliance;
- Ensuring with Recruitment and Staff Development team that a person moving is in compliance with Competencies and his Development Plan;
- Ensuring with OrgServices that JD evaluated;

- Compiling electronic and paper records for audit purposes;
- Providing statistical reports on weekly and monthly bases to HR&O Management and other Departments upon requirement;
- Being link between key areas to ensure data and process flow – Positions, Vacancies, Applications, Employees, Assignments;
- Creating and supplying ad-hoc lists of data in response to organisational needs;
- Acting as a Super User of the Smart Stream, Reporting System and HRMS;
- Responsible for data verification and compliance with employee’s contract also with internal regulations;
- Track changes in professional area, bench role & Professional categories, Managerial levels, Work Permits data allocation;
- Monitoring and Controlling the Organization (Org Chart), Recruitment and Planning reports, HRMS, advising HRIS on any discrepancies and mistakes when required.
