Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports, letters, and technical documents for management and RoK authorities.

• Support compliance reviews and ensure processes align with corporate and regulatory requirements.

• Provide guidance and consultation on team procedures.

• Manage reporting, documentation systems, and inspection databases.

• Assist in maintenance, turnaround, and inspection activities.

• Translate technical and routine documentation as needed.

• Support IT tasks: software installation, user management, and access control.

• Maintain inventory and control of equipment and inspection tools.

• Prepare annual compliance reports and preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (level 3+).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
