Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
- Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
- Create daily reports for management and team members.
- Accounting knowledge/ accounting procedures and processes
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines
- Multitasking abilities
- Payroll experience
- Data entry skills/ knowledge
- Must have good written and verbal communications skills, maintain confidentiality
- Great time management
- Strong knowledge and ability to work within various databases and payroll systems
- English level is Pre-Intermediate / Intermediate.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Accounting experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
- Accounting software experience & ability to test systems and procedures for accuracy
