Обязанности:

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning, research, concept development, and engineering activities within major logistics‑related projects.
• Oversee front‑end and detailed design, equipment procurement, and infrastructure development, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Guide project engineers in concept evaluation, scenario development, creative problem‑solving, and integration of lessons learned from previous development phases.
• Prepare, present, and validate study results, ensuring compliance with project governance, HSE standards, and permitting requirements.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, scheduling, and role allocation, while mentoring less experienced team members and ensuring consistent performance.

Требования:

• Higher Engineering degree or relevant technical education, with extensive experience (10+ years) in major oil & gas project development.
• At least 6–8 years of experience in front‑end development or field development planning, plus 5+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong background in logistics, facilities management, and infrastructure development, ideally with experience in Caspian region projects.
• Deep understanding of project maturation processes, including planning, budgeting, milestone management, reporting, and project handover.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical and commercial challenges.
• Excellent English communication skills, strong stakeholder and contractor management abilities, and a solid understanding of HSE principles and industry standards.
