Job Specification and requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is essential.
• Candidates with backgrounds in IT, Automation, Instrumentation, Process Facilities Engineering, or Production Operations—combined with knowledge of information technologies—will be highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on OT/ICS environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and related communication protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and identify security risks.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience facilitating meetings and technical discussions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Windows Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Automation Control Systems and Electrical Control Systems.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, VBA, Python).
• Experience with Linux-based systems.
• Understanding of virtual environments (e.g., VMware).
• Experience with Acronis Backup and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
• Hands-on experience with Hirschmann and Cisco network equipment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting
