Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Process Control Network (PCN) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) infrastructure in compliance with TCO Information Risk Management (IRM) requirements.
• Implement, monitor, and verify cybersecurity controls and policies for Process Control and Industrial Automation systems.
• Maintain accurate asset inventories, technical documentation, operating procedures, and support processes.
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and Linux-based systems within ICS environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, patch management, and system upgrades for industrial control systems and related infrastructure.
• Support hardware maintenance activities, including servers, workstations, storage systems, and network-connected devices.
• Monitor system performance, security events, and operational logs; investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage antivirus, backup, and recovery solutions to ensure system availability and security.
• Utilize SIEM and network monitoring tools to identify, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity and operational events.
• Participate in automation and infrastructure projects, providing technical support throughout project execution and commissioning phases.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors while adhering to company standards, procedures, and business ethics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and Russian (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and Linux administration.
  • Cybersecurity principles and controls within IT and Industrial Control System environments.
  • Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
    • Administration of antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
    • Backup and recovery systems management.
    • Monitoring and analyzing system and security event logs.
    • SIEM platforms and network monitoring/management tools.
    • Technical support and administration of industrial or enterprise IT systems
