• Handle onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation
• Maintain and updаtеemployee records (both physical and digital)
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Monitor staff attendance and leave balances
• Assist in organizing staff trainings, workshops, and evaluation activities
• Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable local labor legislation
• Provide HR administrative support in line with current labor laws and internal HR policies
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities

• Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and local labor legislation
• Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
• Good communication skills
