• Prepares reports on organizational structure, headcount, and workforce utilization for management.
• Develops recommendations for optimizing organizational structure and functional allocation.
• Analyzes the effectiveness of implemented changes and prepares proposals for process improvements.
• Maintains up-to-date, accurate and complete data in information systems (SAP, EC SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
• Collects and analyzes data on labor standards and workforce movement (hiring, turnover, replacement, stability ratios, etc.), identifies deviations from planned indicators, and prepares recommendations for management regarding process and headcount adjustments.
• Analyzes production and business processes considering the introduction of new technologies, automation, and digitalization.
• Develops organizational structure models within the organization’s information systems.
• Performs monitoring, updating, and timely maintenance of the organizational structure.

• Minimum 5 year-experience in Workforce planning and/or Organization structure and design specialist role in international companies and consulting firms;
• Professional degree: Bachelor’s degree in HR and Economics are preferable; international certification in Strategic workforce planning from SHRM, HRCI and CIPD is advantageous.
• Possible certification in Data analytics and Data visualization.
