International Energy Services company looking for:

Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: Atyrau or Astana

Schedule: Hybrid

Job description:

• Accruals reporting creation - Caspian region.
• Creation of Logistics databases for Caspian import/export related activity
• Registration of vendor invoices through Company systems and track them until paid for the whole Caspian region.
• Audit of electronic archive for Caspian Operations
• Creation of Logistics reporting based on the direction from the management.
• Analytics of logistics related cost -financial reporting
• Follow up with the Vendors on the provision of required reporting.
• Following Logistics KPIs

Requirements:

- Work experience 1-3 years in logistics

- potential opportunity fore the frsh graduates (logistics, customs, finance background)

• Fluent Russian language, Intermediate English language knowledge required to keep business communication on the right level
• IT literacy (Power BI, Pyton preferable)
• EXCEL good knowledge (pivot tables etc)
• SAP, Ariba, Oracle preferable.
• Financial background is desirable, not must.
• Location – Atyrau or Astana
