Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Strategy & Efficiency

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
• Establish performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

3. Budget & Financial Oversight

• Develop and manage operational budgets.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Analyze financial reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and procurement.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Implement risk management strategies and safety protocols.
• Address operational challenges and resolve issues proactively.

5. Customer Service & Quality Assurance

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and implement service improvements.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place across operations.

6. Technology & Process Improvement

• Leverage technology to streamline operations.
• Implement data-driven decision-making strategies.
• Oversee the adoption of new systems and tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in an operations management role.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze operational data and optimize workflows.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business management software, ERP systems, and process automation.
