Power Platform and SharePoint Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Power Platform and SharePoint Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform solutions to streamline business processes, enhance collaboration, and support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Design, develop, and implement workflows using Power Automate to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and deploy user-friendly applications with Power Apps to address specific business needs (preferred).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Deliver effective written and verbal presentations to communicate solutions, train users, and report progress.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform innovations, suggesting improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building workflows and automating processes.
• Basic understanding or working experience with Power Apps.
• If candidate has no experience working with Power Platform, other programming languages (eg. Java) experience can be considered.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proficient in English, with an upper-intermediate level or higher.
