Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Print Production Coordinator with a solid IT background to manage the workflow of our service engineers, handle software-related requests, monitor printing equipment, and configure printer networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a comprehensive understanding of server management and printer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Service Engineers: Efficiently manage and schedule tasks for service engineers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Process Software Requests: Promptly handle and resolve software-related inquiries and issues.
• Monitor Equipment: Regularly oversee the performance and status of printing devices to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collect Usage Data: Accurately gather and report meter readings and usage statistics from printing equipment.
• Configure Printer Networks: Set up and maintain printer infrastructure, including network configurations and server management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT sector, with a focus on server management and printer network configuration.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher is required.
• Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary to be discussed individually with each candidate.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-18.00
