Responsabilities:

Project Planning Support: Assist project managers in developing plans, timelines, and defining scope and deliverables.
Communication Hub: Ensure effective communication between all team members
Document Management: Maintain organized records, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
Scheduling Assistance: Help set milestones, monitor progress, and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
Resource Allocation: Support efficient use of resources, equipment, and materials.
Vendor Coordination: Assist in subcontractor and supplier selection and engagement.
Progress Reporting: Prepare regular updates on project status and milestones.

Requirements:

Sales/Project control or similar experience is desirable

English language level: B2 or above
