• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to company standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (hrs, schedule) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Ensure engineering deliverables deliver as per baseline plan and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Track performance and analyze the projects completion
• Produce document master register and report project progress to stakeholders and client
• Maintain action logs and address actions to dedicated responsible engineers
• Monitor project changes and initiate MoC
• Develop Project execution plans, close-out/completion reports
• Identify project risks and perform risk assessment sessions
• Develop and maintain lessons learnt logs

• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer, not less than 3 years
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Project management and supervision skills
• Decision making ability and leadership skills
• BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
