For international industrial company to work in Atyrau, 5/2 required:

Proposal Engineer, Atyrau 5/2

Responsibilities:

Development of technical solutions for electric heating system projects based on the latest scientific and technical achievements, advanced domestic and foreign design experience using automated design tools;
 Review and analysis of received requests for assessment from both a technical and commercial point of view;
 Participation in preparing the assignment/collecting initial data for calculating electric heating systems
 Study and application during the design of technical regulations and building codes, as well as electrical equipment operation standards adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. If the Customer of the project has its own rules and regulations that differ from the rules and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he is obliged to study these standards and be able to apply them in his work;
 Coordination of the developed technical solutions with design solutions for other sections (parts of the project);
 Resolving technical issues, consulting on issues within his competence;
 Prepare and analyze requests for third-party products (buy-outs) and coordinate the procurement strategy with the procurement department;

Requirements :
1. Higher technical education in the electric power industry;

2. Intermediate or higher proficiency in English;
3. Experience in the field of designing electrical equipment and/or power supply for facilities of 2 and 3 levels of responsibility of medium and low complexity; Experience of at least 3 years.
4. Knowledge of the standards for PUE, TB, OT and ZOS applicable in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international standards in this area;
5. Skills in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel), TraceCalc Pro (welcome).
