Technical Skills
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Deep understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
Test Planning and Execution: Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and executing them effectively.
Defect Tracking and Management: Experience with tools like ADO, JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar for tracking and managing defects.
Automation Basics: While primarily manual, having a basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium can be beneficial.
Database/SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data.
API Testing: Knowledge of testing APIs using tools like Postman.

Experience
Years of Experience: 3+ years, experience in delivery of SSaS products will be a strong plus
Project Management: Experience working in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) teams
