QA/QC Document Controller

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control QA/QC project documentation.
• Register, process, distribute, and archive technical documents.
• Ensure timely issuance, review, and submission of project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives on documentation matters.
• Maintain compliance of documentation with project requirements and internal procedures.
• Prepare and updаtеdocumentation status reports.
• Work with electronic document management systems (EDMS).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC documentation control or a similar position.
• Proven experience in industrial construction, EPC projects, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation management, document control procedures, and project documentation systems.
• Proficient working level of English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Chinese language will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
