Experience
- (Must-have) Full cycle experience of at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations.
- (Must-have) Hands on experience of E-mail template, custom objects for data collection, responsible groups, dynamic groups, form development, filter rules experience as part of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations.
- (Must-have) Experience between Talent Management platform components integrations (e.g. Recruiting, Onboarding), and with Employee Central process flow and set up.
- (Must-have) Hands on experience of configuring SAP SuccessFactors Business Rules.
Responsibilities
- Implement and provide hyper care support for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module in existing SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
- Enhance SuccessFactors components on Onboarding functionalities (onboarding, offboarding, cross-boarding) where required.
- Configure SuccessFactors Onboarding functionalities (onboarding, offboarding, cross-boarding) to meet business requirements.
- Educate Business and IT stakeholders on alternatives for system configuration and design.
- Prepare documentation and presentation materials according to company standard as and when needed.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and the quality of deliverables meet business and IT expectations.
- Raise SAP OSS for issues/product gaps in the solution and work with vendor to drive resolution.
- Closely work with other SF modules for delivering end-to-end business requirements.
- Preparing project related documentation such as configurations workbooks, unit test evidence document, deployment checklist etc.
- Closely monitor for any issues during testing phases and hyper care and fix the issues by following standard Change Management process.
- Conduct regular periodic sessions with Business and IT stakeholders to discuss progress of the Implementation.
- Conduct engagement sessions with Business and IT stakeholders to identify current process and future state needs.
- Ensure detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices are shared with the SAP SuccessFactors team.
