This position is part of the Data Engineering team and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The role involves working with large datasets, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling advanced analytics. The candidate will collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure secure, efficient data operations.
Job Specification and requirements:

Technical Skills:
• Strong background in Data Engineering and Database Administration (DBA).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark for data transformation and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including:
o Azure Data Lake
o Azure Synapse Analytics
o Azure Data Factory
o Azure Databricks
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern data architecture.
Security & DevOps:
• Understanding of data security principles such as access control, encryption, and authentication.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Language skills: Preferably Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper intermediate). Education: Relevant higher professional technical education with a strong emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Automation Engineering or relevant discipline is preferred.

Work experience: No less than 2 years of practical experience.
