We are looking for an experienced Technical Director for a manufacturing company.
Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in industrial/production companies (Kazakhstan or EAEU countries).
3–5 years in engineering/technology roles.
4–5 years in leadership roles (Head of Engineering, Technical Department, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement technical strategy.
Lead production processes and technical operations.
Oversee equipment upgrades and technology implementation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
Optimize technical budgets and resources.
Manage engineering and technical teams.
Supervise development and implementation of technical regulations and documentation.

Qualifications:
Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Railway Transport.
MBA or business management education is a strong plus.
Deep knowledge of railcar manufacturing and mechanical engineering.
