Responsibility:

  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
  2. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
  3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
  4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  5. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  6. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
  7. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software;
  6. Able to work and communicate in English language.

Conditions:

  1. Atyrau office, 5/2 09:00-18:00;
  2. Medical insurance.
