• Review, modify, and validate HVAC design for buildings to ensure compliance with local Kazakh standards and international codes.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and fire‑fighting teams to align HVAC design interfaces.
• Support construction teams with HVAC‑related technical clarifications, site inspections, and installation supervision.
• Perform equipment selection, air‑flow calculations, ducting layouts, and verify vendor documentation.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet safety, energy‑efficiency, and building performance requirements.
• Требования:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC engineering for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan norms (СН РК, СП РК) and familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
