Location: Atyrau, 5/2
Qualification: High technical education, background preferably in process or piping
Experience: 3-5 years experience as PE (in engineering (not construction), oil & gas field)
Knowledge of English

Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary focal point and interface between the company and the client, ensuring clear and effective communication on all technical and project matters.
* Organize, lead, and document technical meetings, including preparation and circulation of Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
* Prepare and issue weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, upcoming activities, risks, and mitigation measures.
* Lead and facilitate project kick-off meetings and other key project workshops.
* Identify and proactively remove roadblocks impacting project execution, providing support to the Engineering team to ensure smooth progress of activities.
* Prepare and review CTRs (Cost, Time, Resources), tender documents, and technical proposals in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
* Monitor and control project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against baselines and initiating corrective actions when required.
* Coordinate the efforts of discipline leads to ensure integration and consistency of multi-disciplinary deliverables.
* Report project status, risks, and key decisions to the Project Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, specifications, and contractual requirements throughout the engineering phase.
* Support the development and implementation of the project execution plan, engineering schedules, and deliverable registers.
* Participate in technical reviews, design verification, and quality assurance activities.
* Manage project change requests, ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and client approval.
* Facilitate interface management between disciplines, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* Monitor HSE compliance in engineering activities and promote safe engineering practices.
