Job Purpose:

The Project Execution Interface Lead serves as the main connection point between Operations at the Oil Processing Facility (OPF) and the execution of New Development Directorate (NDD) Brownfield (BF) projects. Their role is to ensure smooth coordination and integration between project activities and ongoing operations at the OPF, as well as facilitating seamless interface and communication between the NDD BF team and Third-party companies.

Their responsibilities include actively seeking opportunities to improve collaboration among OPF Operations, third-party companies, and the NDD BF project team to meet project goals and targets. Additionally, they are tasked with addressing field engineering issues and providing engineering solutions during project execution phase.

In essence, the Project Interface Lead plays a vital role in ensuring successful project outcomes through seamless coordination and integration, communication, interface management and project support.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction management or relevant field.
• Professional with minimum 6-8 years of Construction, Commissioning and Operation experience in international Oil & Gas Operations with emphasis on multiple interfaces environment, including a minimum of 3+ years in project leading roles.
• Proven experience in Greenfield and Brownfield construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contractor mobilization, demobilization processes.

Required Competences:

• Strong and visible safety leadership.
• Awareness of Primavera, SAP Blueprint.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated leader with a proven track record.
• Well proven interpersonal & communication skills.
• An energetic person with drive and stamina who is delivery-focused and who can deal with a multitude of, at times, challenging interfaces & deliverables;
• Engage and work effectively across all departments in Construction, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance, influence main interface teams through direct contact and effectively communicate across a wide range of cultures.
